I Highly recommend Dr Melikian! I've seen a several Dr's for my lower back problems and Dr Melikian was one of the best. He was very compassionate, and listened to everything I had to say. I never felt rushed or pressured into anything. He was very calm, informative, and answered all my questions. Finally came to a point that I needed back surgery, and after the procedure I was pain free right away. Even the pain from the surgery itself was very minor. He preformed a microdecompression to help alleviate my severe leg pain due to a bulged disc, and some spinal stenosis in my L4 L5. I never wanted to rush into back surgery, but I finally had to do it once it was absolutely necessary. Now that it's been done, I feel so much better, and wish I would have done it sooner. Hopefully I won't need another procedure for a long time, but if and when I do, I'll be going back the Dr. Melikian.

I am young, 35, had a 12mm herniated disc and needed a microdiscectomy on my L5-S1.
